May 19th @ 5PM

Jesus commanded his disciples to be baptized in water in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; Acts 2:38). It is an amazing celebration of God’s grace in our lives and it is the way we go public with our faith. We are joined to the community of faith as we identify with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection, empowering us to leave our old, sinful ways of life and embrace our new, spirit-filled life "in Christ!" It is a beautiful sacrament practiced by Salt Life on the beach midst friends with worship and celebration. We believe that every follower of Christ should obey the Lord in entering the waters of baptism. Baptism means to be immersed, plunged into, or consumed, so we practice baptism by immersion. I hope you’ll make a strong decision to take this life-changing step toward following Jesus.

Baptism is obeying the direct command and example of Jesus! You will have the opportunity affirm your faith and celebrate with family.
