What to expect

The best way to get to know us is by visiting church, but we understand you may want to read a little bit about who we are first. So, we’d love to give you a snapshot of what happens at Salt Life  on Sundays.

WORSHIP: Pairing modern worship sounds with ancient practices of Holy Communion and Scripture, we invite you join with us in singing about Jesus and the love of God. Don’t worry, we didn’t know the songs the first time through either. But our hope is that we will be a people rooted in history while leaving room for the mystery of the Holy Spirit among us.

MESSAGE: We explore the scriptures and teach biblical truths about the practical challenges we all face. Messages are shared by our pastor Erik and his wife Susana and others with humor, honesty, love, and hope.

SALT LIFE KIDS: Our Kids’ Ministry has lots of fun, crafts, worship, and Bible teaching, all in a safe and clean environment. We have classes for Salt Life Kids (K-5th grade), Littles ( Coming soon 2-5yrs), and Tinys (0-2yrs).

NAMETAGS: Nametags are a way to remove the first barrier to getting to know someone. We know with every name, there is a story, and knowing each other's names makes it easier to connect at church.

COMMUNITY: We often use the word “family” at Salt Life. That’s because this what our gatherings feel like. People come early and stay late to drink coffee and have conversations with each other at church. And we meet throughout the South Florida, broward county area in salt groups throughout the week.

SPANISH TRANSLATION:  We offer simultaneous translation of every worship experience in Spanish.  As you are greeted pick up a transistor head set , and you will hear the entire message translated in Spanish.  Traducción al español disponible todos los domingos en la iglesia Salt Life Church.

If you’d like to know more about our beliefs you can find that here. We’d like to invite you to join us this Sunday at 10:00 at the Cinemark 24 Theater, we'd like a chance to meet you!
